Who We Are
We’re a tiny team of travel obsessives who got tired of the same crowded itineraries everyone sells.
After too many trips dodging selfie sticks in “must-see” cities, we started hunting for the places that quietly deserve the spotlight – the second cities, the overlooked gems, the towns where life still moves at a human pace.
That’s how TOWN NEW was born in 2023: a small agency dedicated to one simple idea – your next favorite place probably isn’t the one on every poster.
We believe travel should feel personal again.
Not checklists, not influencers’ feeds, not group photos with 40 strangers.
We love:
Waking up to church bells instead of tour-bus horns
Eating at the table next to locals who’ve been coming here for decades

That’s why we only work with places most big agencies ignore. We test every route ourselves, eat every meal, walk every street – sometimes twice.
How We Work
Everything is deliberately small.
Groups never bigger than 8 (usually 4–6).
Itineraries built around real rhythms – long lunches, slow evenings, free afternoons to get lost on purpose.
We partner only with family-run spots, independent guides, small wineries, hidden ateliers – never chains or mass operators.
If something feels too polished, too advertised, too easy to find – we skip it.
We’re based in the US but our hearts (and most of our trips) live in Europe’s quieter corners.
You won’t stand in lines for famous sights
