When you book a Service a separate booking agreement will be formed between you and TOWN NEW LLC which includes specific terms regarding payment, cancellation, refunds, liability and travel conditions.
The Refund Policy published on the Site forms part of the booking agreement and governs refunds and cancellations for paid Services. By making a booking you accept both these Terms and the Refund Policy.
